March Reset:
5 Questions to Set You Up for 2025 Success
It’s hard to believe we’re already approaching March. Time has a way of slipping by, doesn’t it? But here’s the thing: it’s never too late to pause, reflect, and set your course for the year ahead. In fact, now is the perfect time to ask yourself some meaningful questions—questions that lay the groundwork for a transformative 2025.
Several years ago, I was in Chicago for a speaking engagement. On a bitterly cold winter morning, I ducked into a cozy café to escape the frosty air. The warmth of the space and the aroma of freshly brewed coffee were a welcome refuge. As I settled in, I noticed an older gentleman sitting nearby, deeply engrossed in his journal. Curiosity got the better of me, and we struck up a conversation.
He shared with me a simple yet profound practice: every year, he asked himself five questions to guide his intentions for the coming year. His approach was thoughtful, intentional, and deeply personal. That conversation stayed with me, and today, I want to pass along that wisdom to you.
As we look ahead to 2025, I encourage you to take some time to reflect on these five leadership questions.
As you map out the coming year, strip away the non-essentials. Focus on the few things—and the few relationships—that matter most. Travel light—physically, emotionally, and mentally. Believe in yourself. Stay strong. And never, ever quit.
Here’s to a year of clarity, growth, and success. Let’s make 2025 a year to remember.
