A couple of years back, we had a nasty fruit fly invation in our kitchen. We couldn’t find the source, but they were annoying and dominating our kitchen environment. Finally, after a week, we found a few scraps of food that had fallen under our sink. Once we got rid of it, the problem seized.

It’s amazing how ONE toxic person can infect the WHOLE workplace environment.

It can be a team member who is a reluctant participant, has a negative spirit, has slothful work habits, is a murmuring criticism, has a prideful ego, or ALL of the above!
