WHAT I WANT TO ACCOMPLISH:
11 QUESTIONS TO CLARIFY YOUR VISION
Every year, I go on a personal retreat to clarify my vision. Things change and often if I don’t adjust and respond, I miss new points of direction and opportunities. This simple and powerful personal retreat time always helps me to clarify and reset my current vision.
I encourage you to get away for a few hours– ask and answer the following questions. These 11 questions will be used as your catalysts in clarifying your vision.
Now, take all the information you’ve just gathered and write a one-page of your ideal and unique image of the future for yourself and for your organization.
Leaders develop a capacity to envision the future for themselves and others by mastering two essentials:
1. Imagine the possibilities
2. Find a common purpose
Here’s to your accomplishments!
